Lone Wolf 3

2009

VENOM Software released Lone Wolf 3, a first-person 3D shooter entirely developed by a single creator in spare time, using the in-house 3D engine VGFXOpenGL v1.

Game programming, GUI, level design, texturing, special effects and animations were all proudly handcrafted by the developer—proof that one person’s passion can almost stack up to an army of professionals. Of course, when compared to commercial games crafted by hundreds of developers and artists, this is more like a one-man band rocking out than a full symphony orchestra.
